Merry Christmas!!!

This year's Christmas is special:

1. We didn't take any photo for our outings except a few (really a few) before church service started. :S

2. 5 Choong's attended Christmas @ Chang's. HU HU!

3. I teared so much while watching kids in CityCare video clip.

4. I teared again when the little girl was singing solo on stage. Kids, just melt my heart.

5. My phone got barred for the first time in my life for some i-don't-want-to-talk about-it-anymore reason. Thanks to MAXIS.

6. Christmas is all about love and giving. I feel satisfied buying some good gifts. :)

7. RM776.30 spent among 11 people @ Neway Subang. Bro Wong rocks.

1.33am now. Happy boxing day. Back to work tomorrow. :)

my weekend

There is a saying 'rest, in order to continue the journey'. This is so true and now I'm sitting right in front of the concept store in Pyramid. I love charles and keith but I guess I shouldn't wear my working shoe for shopping, PAIN!!

I don't want to just sit there alone like some weird people sitting in the mall.. Thaat's why I am blogging...like very busy...haha... This is so vain but then I'm about ready to go now.

We are planning to finish two week's deliveries in 2 days time. Possible? I don't know. Let's hope we can finish this smoothly so that we can attend Asia Conference.

Farewell October

Hi guys, thank you for your prayers! :)

While talking to sha, I just realized that I've missed service for two weekends. We've finally pushed through all the planning, setup, dismantle and deliveries and all in all, really thank God for good weather throughout the four days of sale! I learn to appreciate the people whom I work together with. They are really fighters. And it is also the people whom we work with make the entire process enjoyable.

BTW, I am really thinking of getting a body massage.

Hello world!

My legs are aching. Pimples are bursting from my face. Catched up with some friends yesterday and almost walked around all the shopping places...

Today, pat and I had dinner together and it was considered our first official date after my 3 days here.

My legs are aching...:)

Greg brought me a pair of shoes from my favourite shop. Yeah!!

My mind is cluttered. I do want to blog about the things I did here but I think it is the result using too much of my leg muscles...hahaha..Anyway, I enjoyed myself and despite the little exercise I did, it is a good trip to unwind myself.

2 more days and I'll back to work. Back to reality and I'll be having a new colleague.

In the past, house phone is always engaged when connected to Internet. Nowadays, nobody uses the house phone.

In the past, I used to write down my friend's contact number and address (as in I will write to them). Nowadays, I only remember some emergency numbers to call.

In the past, my parents used to stop by newspaper stall to buy newspaper to read. Nowadays, my mom will log on to thestar.com.my. Pat's dad is even funny, he said it is free and he can read 3 newspaper per day...

In the past, I look forward to go out to the mall during weekends. Nowadays, I can buy things online and get it to be delivered to my doorstep.

In the past, I only chat with my friends when we met in school/tuition. Nowadays, students can set up community blogs and get connected  247.

In the past, birthday cakes are boring. Nowadays, cup cakes are cooler than conventional birthday cakes.

In the past, we keep photo albums and autograph books. Nowadays, we blog it online and we leave a chatterbox next to it.

We did a 'little' shopping before dinner celebrating Wendy's birthday. I was in this gift shop and looking at the accessories, stickers, papers, glitters, they just made my hands so itchy to buy them own them use them cut them and make them into something cute...I know it is too early for Christmas, so I made this for a diva's graduation soon.

1. It's Greg final week in KL. His appointments these few days is simply crazy...
2. Finished washing almost all the bedsheets & blankets in my house. The gang has decided to drive down.
3. Finished writing emails and replying emails. I feel like I have been writing the longest email of my life to the few people that I will probably write to in this lifetime.
4. Dissapointed.
5. Heart sick made me unwell. Doctor tried to make me take medicine I don't want. Stupid.

What's wrong with me...

I wished my friend happy birthday 7 days earlier..

I go churching.

I've passed the age of getting excited to go clubbing and hanging out late. Nowadays, after cell group meeting I will be half dead. Jin and I often dozed off during late night movies... We are trying our best to make our weekend fruitful and recreational. Alright, alright.. not that we are over spiritual or super religious..just that, I go churching.

My church is having its very own 7th anniversary celebration on this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We are targeting 1600 people to jam pack the auditorium. Each session is full of surprises and fun. We are having three different song presentations by our very own members of the church. I was in the rehearsal yesterday night and they are really really cool! The praise and worship is going to be super sensational because this year, we are having the band to play together with the orchestra.

We will be having a lot of activities after the each session. Unplugged songs presentation by our singers and musicians, makan-makan, portrait drawing of you and your friends, and you can shop! Attributes Warehouse Sale is on and the clusters are having activities preparing for Emerge. Check out www.emergekl.my.

Weekend Happenings

I had a packed and meaningful weekend this week. Met up with Jin and his brother after cell group and we went to sweet bean to have some dessert. I was very hungry because didn't manage to have dinner before cell group. However most of the the things that I wanted was sold out. We had a quick bite and went home and rest. Cell group was good last week. Though it wasn't a touching heaven changing earth kind of atmosphere but I can sense and see good changes are happening in our meeting.

I woke up EARLY on Saturday morning and attended my 4-hour practical driving in Bangi. I drove to Bangi and to that 4 hours of driving is killing me. It was tiring. I can literally drive to Singapore already lar... I will be having 1 more session with the tutor and my actual driving test is scheduled on the first Tuesday of August. I have been praying since the first day I applied for the driving license so that everything will go smoothly especially on the day itself. PLEASE PRAY FOR ME!!!!

I reached home at 2pm and then went to Pavilion to have lunch with Jin's mom and the siblings. We had a super heavy lunch and the pasta that I ordered was extremely huge. I counted there are about 20 prawns on plate... But I couldn't finish even half of them...Really big portion...

After lunch, we went to check out Kenko Fish Spa. The moment we dip our legs into the water, the fish came and start kissing our legs..And Jin and I kept laughing because it was very very very geli.

After the foot therapy, we sent Jin's family back to the airport and we went to Pasar Malam in the evening. Guess what, I actually bought original TVB series and it is quite weird to have the VCD seller promoting the advantages of the original one...

We had bible study on Sunday morning. Right after Bible Study was Service and we had a few new friends visiting this weekend. God really answers prayers. Lunch and then went to cell group. We had Chris and Kar Heng to help out in the cell group and both Jin and I quite enjoyed the cell group because we just need to sit down and relax...hahaha... Cell group ended a little late and we then send a cell group member to KL central. By the time we reach KL central is was already 5.30pm. Since we are meeting Greg for dinner at 6.30 so we went to have a high tea session in Secret Recipe in Wisma MCA. Pampered myself with chocolate banana and Jin ordered cheesecake. Finally came out with the combined cell group details and the multiplication list. Yeah! Then we headed Yu Jia Village Restaurant for dinner with Greg, Debbie and Kenneth. It was good catching up with them.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh I am so tired. Back to work tomorrow!
