M for MALAYSIA

Today, I have been calling MAXIS 3 times to request for 1 thing. yes. 3 times. 1 thing.
I only asked for my bill to be faxed to me and after 2nd time calling they FINALLY fax me...the WRONG COPY!
It is 5:53PM now and I still have my request PENDING.
